Delivery

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: Flat rate of £3.95 to the UK. FREE on orders over £50. (PLEASE NOTE: Free P&P is not included when you use our payment plan facility) For more information on our payment plans please see here.

Express Delivery: Flat rate of £7.95. Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the next working day. This service is not available on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. If you are in Jersey, Guernsey or the Channel Islands, delivery will take an extra 2-3 days

Click & Collect: FREE for all orders - Your order will be ready for collection from our shop in Bo'ness, West Lothian within 24 hours of your order being placed online.

International Delivery

Standard Delivery: Flat rate of £9.95 to Europe, £12.95 to the USA/ Canada/ Mexico/ Australia/ NZ and £15.95 to the rest of the world. Your order is shipped through Royal Mail in the UK and then through their local overseas partner. Delivery is normally between 7-15 days.

Spoiled Rotten makes every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. Spoiled Rotten shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. Items are usually dispatched the same working day unless purchased after 2 pm to which they will be dispatched the next working day. (Items purchased after 2 pm on a Friday will not be sent until the following Monday). If you have not received the Goods within 7 days (UK deliveries) or 15 days (deliveries outside the UK), please contact us.

Should for any reason the effective cost of dispatching your order exceed significantly the delivery fees charged to you, Spoiled Rotten reserves the right to contact you to discuss the matter and on some very rare cases cancel your order.

Import Duty

It is important to note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a waterproof delivery bag. 

Returns Policy

At Spoiled Rotten we are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale up to 50% OFF) within 14 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions.) PLEASE NOTE 50% OFF & MORE DISCOUNTED STOCK IS NON RETURNABLE

We will issue a full refund of the product unless of course an exchange is preferred. To return a product please follow the steps outlined below -

Returns: (Free UK exchange)

  1. Package your items carefully; with each item in condition you received it and with all labels attached (including any hangers). Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box.
  2. Please include your original invoice in the returns so we can process any refund as quickly as possible
  3. You will be responsible for the returned items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery, and waterproof packaging.
  4. For all UK customers we will send back the exchanged products to you free of charge.
  5. RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU must be labeled ‘Returned unwanted GB merchandise’ to avoid import duties

Exceptions to our Return Policy

Spoiled Rotten will only accept unworn, unwashed or faulty merchandise for return or exchange.

  • Spoiled Rotten reserve the rights to refuse or accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Underwear/ Swimwear/Tights

All underwear and swimwear must be returned in original packaging and condition with tags in place. These items must only be tried on over garments. We will not accept tights without their original packaging intact.

Shipping Cost

We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item has been shipped, whereby we will also pay for the cost of the return postage (up to a maximum of £3.95). However, you do receive FREE UK standard shipping on the new item that we ship back to you for the exchange.

Returns: Questions & Answers

What happens next?

When we receive your Return, We will process within 3 working days. We will send you an email to confirm that your card/Paypal account has been refunded or that an exchange product has been sent. Please note; it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

I cannot return my order within 14 days, what should I do?

How do I return a faulty or incorrect item?
